Bug in Sabayon's Sauerbraten

Postby Raskula » Sun Feb 01, 2009 20:40

Sabayon's preinstalled Sauerbraten has a bug that hasn't been fixed in Sabayon 4 so ill say what it is here. In coopedit (the multiplayer place to make maps) you can't use the /getmap command. I downloaded it and used the official version and it works. I think it is because either the game doesn't have permissions to put the map there, or you guys made the game into one file therefore it can't create a map file.

Can you post a bug on the bugzilla with:

* game versions (sabayon and latest upstream)
* when installed using portage, does the same happen?
* where are maps downloaded to by default?
* can you change the location?

I will when I get my hardware problem fixed. By the way the Sabayon game is like one file instead of a folder with a bunch of files.
