Minor Spritz suggestion

There have been a lot of instances of people not being able to start up spritz because entropy.pid is locked.

I feel like this problem occurs enough that when Spritz is started, if entropy.pid is locked, it should prompt you asking if you are absolutely sure no other entropy process is running. If you click yes, it deletes the file for you.

Clearly, it should be a bold warning, but I think it would be a worthwhile addition.
