MDV too uses fglrx instead of the open source radeon hd ? donno whats exactly the problem with sabayon.. will check once again by puuting res=1440x900 parameter in boot list

Installing applications ? I tried installing Brasero . 1'st I opened Spritz and then click on available packages and searched for Brasero .. I got it .. I tried to left click on the check box but nothing happeneed ! then I select it and right click it to install.. It asked me to install few packages.. After than I click Ok and I don't whats happening now.. No download bar showing status and nothing..

When I click on Package que to see it .. and click on comit install it says another entropy is running !

If for whatever reason a previous spritz session wasn't closed correctly the /var/lib/entropy/entropy.pid file is left behind.

So if no other spritz/entropy process is running you can remove that file.
