Hi,
I'm on the Sabayon 4 and using only KDE 3.5 . but i can't find any chm viewer on my System and on the repositories.

Did you try to search in the package manager the word "chm"? or even "chmviewer" (the two word joined or separately)?
As root: equo update && equo install kchmviewer
As root: equo update && equo install kchmviewer
