GnuCash installed via Equo problem

I've got Sabayon 4.0 (not r1 yet, but shouldn't be a problem) I haven't done much of anything besides update repositories (both portage and entropy) and install the latest entropy via equo.

That actually looks bug report worthy - in the mean time run a deptest and libtest just to be sure, and if that fails to help try installing from portage (make sure your make.conf is untouched). bugs.sabayonlinux.org is just waiting!
