Where can I found this theme and wallpaper?

Hello,
I installed Sabayon linux 3.5 and I saw this image during the installation, but I cannot find this to use.
Where can I found this theme and wallpaper ? :oops:

the theme is the old kde4.0 default
and wallpaper is at:
