I closed the konsole that had the message. Is there a relevant log somewhere? (I think that the konsole kept showing the same message as my first post in this thread)

Ok, then I fixed it. It will come up with the next release.
By the way, the workaround is removing the database directory and re-downloading it completely. Like you said.
