-p option, not update. Erroneous Entropy versions [Solved]

In two of my sabayon installations, when i try to simulate to update entropy to 0.23, or using equo:

equo search entropy equo spritz

or using portage:

emerge -p entropy equo spritz....

the messages that i received are that my last installed version is 0.15 and the last available is 0.19, 0.20...

and not the real 0.23!!!

Also, in one of the comps even Portege is outdated.

emerge --sync && layman -S cannot solve the problem!!!

when i try:
equo database generate, i also obtained the message:

Repository sabayonlinux.org is corrupted. Cannot validate

Solved..

when you not use Portage for install Entropy, these problems no more occurs.

please. only use Entropy for updating equo:

emerge --sync
emerge portage
equo install equo
equo update && equo world
equo update

emerge --sync isn't going to get you latest entropy as it's in the overlay

layman -S && emerge entropy

overlay usually has svn entropy and entropy gets bumped to that version. For instance .23 was in overlay before entropy, it was for testing than we bumped entropy once it seemed ok for everyone. There is no real need to be using the overlay tho to get entropy.
