This has already been discussed before - when you mix portage you will run into this - so you have to mask with entropy

Also, I have this problem.
Seems that for me, mask is to the solution, because i enjoy and use the two installers.
That i carry out normally is try the two systems, with equo or emerge commands, and when i found the moste recenet version, i install.
i will try again the command of syncronization.
Some Sabayon users, use the two systems of installation...
why the bug was marked as solved?
