Is there a packaging guide/standard/tutorial out there for equo? Im interested in making a few packages for it..

Will it be x86? We need an x86 crepo really, ewwbuntu isnt maintained anymore

Yes, x86.

I own a VPS but it runs centos. Reading the tutorial you linked above, im assuming you can only really do it with a sabayon OS, or gentoo.

I still don't fully understand how equo works. Is it based off portage but instead of downloading source, it downloads a precompiled version?

Is it similar to deb/rpm in the fact that all the source code is in the package (so you can get 5mb+ packages) , or is the package file just a few kilobytes that tells the operating system where to download the dependencies from?

entropy is binary packages

so it's precompiled portage packages

Gotcha, could someone please write a tutorial describing the process from Source package (tarball) to an equo package?
