I think you might get more info from the Gentoo
forums here http://forums.gentoo.org/
I just typed "win4lin
" into the search box and it came back with a few items on installing win4lin.
I would have thought that there would be an INSTALL
file on the iso CD that would tell you how to install the product.
Problem with SabayonLinux/Gentoo is that most things are installed from source
and it looks like Win4lin gives you an RPM binary
package to install, which would be more suitable for Ubuntu, OpenSuse, etc.
Not sure whether this one will help http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-46 ... n4lin.html
They try to install Win4lin using the "rpm
" command. If you don't have the rpm command you might have to install it in a "root" konsole by typing "emerge rpm
I don't think many people here use Win4lin as most of us use VirtualBox.
All the best
