LCD @ 60Hz option as LiveCD Grub Screen option

Hi All

I notice a lot of people get monitor syncing problems when using the LiveDVD. I assume this is due to SabayonLinux not being able to detect the correct monitor type and resolution. (I often get this problem with my Sharp monitor which will only run at 60Hz)

Before using SabayonLinux I used Mepis and they got around this problem by giving their users an option at the grub screen to choose 60Hz or 75Hz if needed. (Please see in screen shot below)



I was just wandering if SabayonLinux could have an option like this in its grub screen.

I know you can probably do this with cheat codes but it would be nice not to put off inexperienced users.

Can any one let me know if you think this is a good idea?
