Desktop Recording

I would like to record what I do in Open Office and turn it into a video.

I don't know what the application would be called. Not a key logger. No it is not a macro either. I'm clueless on what this app would be called and then see if Freshmeat has something.

xvidcap will probably do what you want.

Hi

In portage there are two apps that will do this. They are gtk-recordmydesktop and qt-recordmydesktop. Both do the same thing and they are quite simple to use. Both of these programs are just GUI's for the recordmydesktop program which is also in portage.
