Help ATI Theater 550 PRO TV Tuner

has anyone been able to get a ATI Theater 550 PRO TV Tuner to work in Sabayon?
if so please let me know what i need to do to get it working on my own box.

Sabayonlinux is gentoo based so if anyone has it working in the gentoo.org forums / wiki then you can implement it here as well.
Not sure if anyone here has that card.

Any idea what chip is on the card ? this will help you ge the drivers and or software to make it run.
