Interwiki

I was looking to write a howto on the wiki, I noticed that Interwiki doesn't seem to be fully set up.
After reading this page, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Interwiki_links the example of [[MeatBall:AssumeGoodFaith]] appears to work fine, but linking to the english wikipedia doesn't seem to work, or the german one for that matter (as the example on that page goes). I'd be more inclined to use it and start to fill it up if I didn't need to duplicate a lot of content and could easily link.

i've been writign for the wiki...but only in english, i didn't even know there were different versions for different languages

Well my main concern was linking to the english wikipedia, the german one was just a test to ensure it wasn't just the english one that wasn't working.

Yeah, wiki = english only please on the official one

That isn't even remotely what I asked. I Asked about interwiki linking, i.e. creating a link that links to en.wikipedia.org

Well please read the link I provided in the first post. Its something that can only be done from your end I believe. It would make populating the wiki much easier as it wouldn't require duplicating basic content, from what I read I don't believe its a rather complicated procedure either.
