Entrophy is comming you guy's just need to give the devlpm. team a bit of chance to do this as it does not happen overnight /lots of work / hours to complete.
Once it is ready they will let us know and then we can use it. I am just as excited as all of you are.

Also think of it as you have to 500 times over emerge gcc 4.2.0 from scratch or do a full 1100 package system / world update 5 times over and you get the idea of how long it takes to get everything working / ready.

Servers = there is a possibility of a 1000gb per month server comming our way and possibly speeds of minm. 4500kb/s avg per download so hold your thumbs etc and hope we get it , not that most internet connections can handle this or at least mine can not.
I think the main idea behind the ftp servers is so that persons with fast download / upload can get the iso files and then start the torrent seeding so the rest of us can get it , not sure but this makes sense for now. IMHO LOL
FTP is also for those whose ISP's block torrents and no anti block measures can get past it , you also would need a good ftp resume client for this or a browser download helper that also has resume functions as it can end up at 99% and the ftp fails then you have to do it all over again. OUCH. LOL

I hope that the new guys downloading would remember to use good stable torrent / ftp software like azureus / utorrent and several others + anti virus software / anti spy software in windows.
Guy's do not try to overload your internet connection as it can only take so many connections before it slows down / bottle neck or makes the isp unhappy and they cut your line down to almost nothing or have so many outgoing / seeding connections. My moto is keep your isp happy and they do return the favour most of the times as the linux friendly techies fixing / maintaining it does sometimes take pitty on us and open up the connections a bit to help.

PLZ tell the newby's not to use NERO as several persons has had bugs as a result of nero and according to nero they are working on a fix for the future updates so Nero fans the fix is comming.

You make very good points but I along with many others am mainly concerned with the mini-edition that is coming sometime. I hope that gets released soon as I am holding off for that one since the big release is far more than I could even begin to work my way through eliminating what I don't want or need. The mini edition that I got from 3.3 had an excellent selection of packages that answered all of my needs and with some of the new additions promised the 3.4 version should be a real winner. I just wish it would hurry up and get here.
