MDA IV PocketPC connection via USB fails

Hi guys,

tried to connect my MDA IV with Sabayon via USB, but nothing happens. No reaction. Other USB-devices working well. Only this one fails. It is a German model of a PocketPC incl. Phone, coming from Vodafone with a branded Vodafone Microsoft Mobile 5 OS.
