Ksysguard

When I open ksysguard i get the error 'Connection to local has been lost' over and over and over untill i bust out xkill on it. If i run it from konsole to try to figure out what the problem is I get this:

over and over and over ...well you get the point. I found one post on this through google but the solution which was to delete ~/.kde3.5/share/config/ksysguardrc did not work? Any clues to what might be causing this?

Finally got it fixed. Turned out to be a dep issue. ran

USE="mdnsresponder-compat"  emerge avahi

and now everything works like a charm!
