system requirements

hi,
can any one please help me ....
pls tell whether my system configuration can run sabayon 3.26

intel p4 3ghz processor supporting HT
intel d101ggc motherboard
on board 256 mb of graphics.. ati radeon 200
1 gb of ram from which i've give 256 to the onboard graphics.

pls help me in installation by giving the details also.. thanx in advance...

Your system should be fine

For install:
click the update installer and than the installer located on the desktop once you booted up the computer
