I am using Netbeans 5.5 (for java and C/C++) and works great! BUT, the IDE does not come up if I use Beryl. Does anyone have a similar issue or a work-around? I currently have to disable Beryl (no CUBE !) in order to program... My video card is nVidia GO 7400/256MB... Oh, if I turn on Beryl AFTER I launch Netbeans then the IDE is fine... Seems like a refresh issue... Anyone?

Hi
I think one workaround is to type export AWT_TOOLKIT=MToolkit in the konsole and the launch the application.
You can make it more permanent by adding AWT_TOOLKIT=MToolkit to one of the file in the /etc/env.d/ directory and then type env-update and reboot.
