Can i get a version of sabayon without the deCss? i really wanted to use this distro, as it has the kde menu from suse, and the base of gentoo, which i love, i want to combind my suse and gentoo...

if im asked what distro im using, i must respond "sabayon" and they will ask if thats the one with legal issues... so, i want a distro that could be freeed of that, and as i recall, software in gentoo is not easily removeable, it breaks it...

I think its weird that so many companies are worried about a 3rd party (like sabayon) distributing software that they want you to have in the first place.
If they were to sue, what are the damages ??? ...$0
Did M$ promise the makers of flash and java that they would someday be able to charge endusers for using thier stuff????
It makes no sense.
