Postby velk » Mon Jul 30, 2007 21:39

Hi,

i just installed sabayon 3.4 , i new to sabayon

I ve got a nvidia 7600 gs card so i launched the live cd with opengl=nvidia aiglx option ( i tried to add this option in grub but dont fix the problem)

compiz was working nice on the live cd but at the first hard driver boot, i got a problem , i cant move the windows because they have no borders

glxinfo shows direct rendering : No but the nvidia logo display fine at startup

what can I do ?

also, right click on the compiz icon on your tool bar and make sure you have the right theme application, i'm guessing emerald theme manager, selected. i had this problem at first too, but i turned out i just didnt have emerald on. hope it helps.
