Enemy Territory as root?

Postby MepisReign » Fri Jul 27, 2007 22:16

I just installed Enemy Territory using the emerge command. Now, the problem is that the only way to run it is as root. If I try to load it from my user a dark window will appear at the right top corner of the screen and the system will freeze immediately afterwards, that's it. Any suggestions?
How do I change the permissions to that specific installed package?

Regards,

sudo
Gives a program super user mode so this could work but have to use the run command option.
sudo etqw
or similar.
