Hi all!
I've been using a 17" CRT since 2000 (the same one) & figured it was time to get with the times. So I've ordered a 22" LCD widescreen, which should make good use out of my Fatal1ty Geforce 7600GT. Are there any known issues involved with this
Can't wait for my new monitor to arrive
Thanks!

shouldn't be, I always use the res=1440x900 with mine when I do the livecd mode
You can always boot up the livecd/dvd and steal the xorg.conf if u have problems

It should recognise the monitor straight away. If not, just open up Xorg.conf and do it yourself.

You can always boot to the live CD, let it autodetect the new monitor , copy the live CD's xorg.conf file & use it to replace your present xorg.conf
