rocket1st, the stage three install will be coming, this is very alpha software, not everything is working yet, but we're currently internally testing it. The primary goal is a 100% working dvd>hd install, then we'll import other types of installations and such. Stage3 is where you take a premade tarball as your base, and then you decide what else to install and with your customizations, right now, we have dvd>hd install, which will use our optimizations for the instalation, but you can always recompile if you wish

Wow, the installer looks much more flexible than the old one. I'll really be looking forward to this. :)

I think woul be very nice to have the option to boot just the installer in txt mode, to install the system without loading X...Is there a way to add to the isolinux option a sort of " gentoo installer" to boot the machine just for an installation?

Thanks
Luca

Ok men! :)
I am very happy, LVM2 works like a charm on the build #3 of SL RC2.... and I've added an "Total Progress progress bar" (LOL) :)

Will this installer be included on the CD version?

Edit: Nevermind. I saw it on the main page. Thank you, Lxnay
