Mike, I solved the issue!
Boot the LiveDVD, open "Konsole" and type:

Code: Select all

sudo svn up /opt/anaconda

then run the installer.

The fix will be included in 3.4 Loop 3.

I'll try again soon

I've been having problems with the installer about 50% of the time -- -- This is the first time I saved the error message

It's gratifying to see such a quick and useful response

Word to the wise -- if you find a problem, save it and post it -- preferably to bugzilla -- that's what open source is about -- we are all developers -- we are all testers --

and we need Sabayon and Sidux to help test the cutting edge -- if we only test the stable branch, only the developers are testing their new software -- we know that won't work
