i've done a gentoo install manually,,this just gave me a slight ability to be lazy about it <G>

approx. timeframe for anaconda installer ?

Anaconda will hopefully be in the next RC2 release. Fabio is working his butt off on it though!
This "manual" way will give you the full dvd->hd install though, so its semi automatic and I call it the lazy man's manual install since you get the whole Sabayon Linux installed on your systemSo no having to manually configure all of your USE flags, etc.
