Currently this is the only one available...it seems that ktorrent nor the official client are supported...can you please try with something else?

If you can tell me other common torrent apps, that would be cool.
Otherwise I can (must) wait.

On the list I can see uTorrent, bitlord, azureus and bitcomet working..then there are few clients my client does not recognize, possibly ktorrent :)

Opera does not understand the torrent, it just downloads it and I suppose the official client does the same..headers?

Use Azureus. It works ;)
We won't have that kind of problem anymore in the future, btw.

I apologize that I still cannot connect to a torrent stream. I have had problems with other torrent streams on this box. With both a SUSE 10.0 and a Knoppix 5.01 box, I wasn't able to hold on to a connection to yours using any torrent software that is available in their package managers. A stream for Ubuntu, however, works. :dwarf:

Anyway, my experience with Azureus on both Windows and Linux is angry frustration. I've seen it get into download loops where it's continually trying to get an update of itself which never completes. It was also once asking me to open a back door somewhere in order for it to function, and I'm sure this was a dangerous thing, because I didn't know what i was doing. Just a ranting aside on that one app.

While I'm typing, I noticed that the mini edition doesn't have povray or blender on it from what I could see. These are my two favorite apps and of course I'm an atypical user. What would be the intended purpose of this distro?

If you are adding programs.
1. BZ flag (for fun)
2. Inkscape SVG (for drawing)
3. Grip (for parallel ripping)
I have more ideas too if you are interested.
