Sweet Jesus! and Microsoft claims linux steals data!! This is the second lawsuit I've heard of over Microsoft stealing data just for VISTA!!

no they dont, they have been hit for monopoly issues before. actually none of these have gone to court anyway, all settlements. you can bet they are good at settling though but they will still lose big.

Then how come IE is STILL a part of windhose and can't be uninstalled normally and completely? Like I said, they own the courts. A browser is a browser, not an essential part of an OS.
