Izo here. It's a real honour to post here. I've been checking Sabayon now for a couple of days, reading about it, it's features and looks and so forth, and when my mouth started to drool and I knew it was time to give it a go.
Currently, I'm downloading the Live DVD via BitTorrent which is taking ages ... so I've not got Sabayon on yet. Currently, I'm running Ubuntu Dapper with XGL and Beryl on an AMD Athlon XP 3000+ box. Ubuntu was my first Linux distro back in Nov' 2006, and I've never looked back.
But after seeing Sabayon, with a wonderful colour scheme, sexy graphics, fantastic new Kmenu alternative, and an "out-of-the-box" mentality, I decided to give Sabayon a try.
I can't program or anything like that ... so I've contributed to Ubuntu with my graphics, submitting mainly wallpapers and some posters, postcards, leaflets as well. I hope that, should Sabayon work on my system and everything, that I can offer my graphics design skills to the Sabayon community.
Speak to you soon. Eventually, Sabayon will be mine ... just gotta wait for the damn thing to download on a slow 512kB/s connection ...
