[LiveCD 3.26] DVD can't find cdrom so it won't work

i think, we have to wait for a new version of sabayon with kernel 2.6.20.
or we can buy a SATA-DVD-Burner )

Back to Ubuntu it is then. At least for a while, as I'm hoping that the next version of Sabayon with work with whatever I'm using by then.

no bootable media found
could not find cd to boot
please specify a device to boot

Tried F5 and a few parameters, no luck. Google and here, but not related to qemu

2.6.17-5mdvcustom and i686 here
same problem with 2.6.17-5mdv
Also tried qemu 0.8.2
Also tried kernel parameter in sabayon libata.atapi_enabled=1
also tried qemu -append libata.atapi_enabled=1


Any idea what to try? Do I need the cvs version of qemu
