Dog Property Rules

Postby Khooreess » Wed Apr 05, 2006 12:04

1. If I like it, it\'s mine.
2. If its in my mouth, it\'s mine.
3. If I can take it from you, it\'s mine.
4. If I had it a little while ago, it\'s mine.
5. If I\'m chewing something up, all the pieces are mine.
6. If its mine, it must never appear to be yours anyway.
7. If it just looks like mine, it\'s mine.
8. If I saw it first, it\'s mine.
9. If you are playing with something and you put it down, it automatically becomes mine.
10. If its broken, it\'s yours.
THERE IS NOTHING NEW UNDER THE SUN

gentoo emerge/compile laws

*If anything can go wrong, it will

*If there is a possibility of several things going wrong, the one that will cause the most damage will be the one to go wrong

*If anything just cannot go wrong, it will anyway

*If everything seems to be going well, you have obviously overlooked something

*if you have finished compiling all word with emerge --update --deep --newuse world , you got an hd faliure.

Mad Mikee's Law (all below are example of #1, but # 2 can be put to use )

1. Nothing is EVER simple.
2. Chances of immediate gratification = 1 / expectation or desire for said gratification.
3. Answer to WHY #1 Because it's not FAIR
