Manually chose Video card.

I dont know if its a really good idea. But savayon seems to have problems detecting my x700 video card on my asus A6VA q0026 Laptop.

If i boot directly in quake 4 it seems to work, because i can play. From Kde or the normal boot its not possible. It only recognizes XGL since 3.25.

So would it be a difference if the user can choose his video card manually from a list, so that it has not to be detected. This video card for example is supported by the closed drivers. But sabayon cant configure it correctly on its own. If i can tell the system to configure to that video card, would it help to get the drivers working?
