Ha. I've seen those around, but I never knew it was such so organized as to even have two competing groups, heh.

I'd love to see some Sabayon fan artist make us an OS-tan, and if there's more than one of you who can draw good manga characters, then we'll be happy to pick a winner. XD

I'd like to see one:

Maybe riding in an eggshell carriage with the SL logo on the wheels and being towed by gentoo penguins with a kde dragon afterburner?

Look at the gentoo one here http://browse.deviantart.com/digitalart ... =linux+tan

And try to keep a number of the features whilst changing the colour scheme and possibly the pose, you might also want to have the Sabayon logo on her attire.

no, if we're going to have an os-tan, then I'd like something unique and not off of the gentoo's one

True cvill64, but Sabayon is still based on Gentoo and is a Linux distribution and our OS-Tan should pay small and accurate tribute to our heritage (both basis heritage and Sabayon Heritage)

If Sabayon is its own distro (and it is), it should get its own OS-tan. Just because Gentoo is our mother, doesn't mean we aren't our own project. :P
