That's really great artwork so far.

I wonder if somebody knows, where I can edit the menu in general? Is there a config-file for that somewhere?

I want to limit the number of items in the "History"-tab...

Yeah, the button does look like a square if you do not use the background image that is in the tarball for the panel background.
Once you configure the panel background to use the taskbar.png the menu will flow perfectly with the menu button and will look like one solid piece.

great , tried it again with your new buttons that you posted later and looked great, even without the background the shape remains like intended, maybe because I rebooted one time , anyway, removed the background and button stayed perfect, thanks

I, myself, am trying to find the config file too. If I do find it I will post it. I want to do some major tweaking to the menu panel, if able to. In should be, would think be somewhere with the rest of the applets. Again, I could be completely wrong.
