The theme control is Shiki-Brave, but the window manager is Browngrey(you can find it on devinat art)
The icon set is AwOkenDark, can also be found on deviant art.
I modified the theme colors as such

Keep in mind I changed the colors since when I took the print screen, so it might look different, but you can toy with the colors.
