i know that flash is crap on linux but is there any solutions because when use flash cpu raises a lot and a lot of flash crashes and its much more happening on sabayon then other distros

Try disabling/enabling video acceleration (I think this applies mostly to nvidia graphics, but I could be wrong).

Right click on a flash box, -> options (or settings or something like that). There should be a checkbox for video acceleration.
