Bluetooth File send not working

I am using Sabayon KDE 4.9.5

Specs : Kernel 3.7,Dell wireless chip - " Bus 003 Device 003: ID 413c:8126 Dell Computer Corp. Wireless 355 Bluetooth",Bluedevil - 1.2.3

When I googled , I think a bug has been filed with KDE as some users are facing problems with version Bluedevil-1.2.3. Link below:

In opensuse forums it is recommended to downgrade Bluedevil to version 1.2.2 . How do u downgrade packages in Sabayon?
