WxFormBuilder - package request

WxFormBuilder is a wonderful cross-platform/language gui form-builder. I notice it is missing from gentoo's (and also sabayon's) repositories. It is simple enough to install using portage with gentoo-zh overlay http://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/WxFormBuilder. However, I would love to see this package built and included in sabayon's repositories.

I am wondering though, is it possible to get a package built which is in an overlay instead of gentoo's default repositories? Or, do packages only get built if the ebuild is in gentoo's/sabayon's repositories?

yes,is possible to suggest packages that are in the Overlays only.
