Is there somewhere a tutorial where I can find how to install ngninx with php.

I take it you mean something other than either, Rigo >> ngninx >> install or equo install ngninx

Hm, I'm new to NginX, too, but I think, PHP ("--http-fastcgi-temp-path=/var/tmp/nginx/fastcgi" below) is already included?

However, if needed modules are not included, you'll to rebuild the package (i.e. using portage).
