I am looking for a piece of software [Solved]

Hi,

And a very healthy 2013 to you all!

I'm looking for a piece of software to make a document for holiday pictures or yearbook. Just like the photoalbums you can make to print it out as shown on television. I dont want to print I just want to have a file I can play on my computer. Not a slideshow but like a book to read.

Does such a program exist?

Who can help out?

I don't know if it's what your looking for, but I sometimes use GQview's thumbnail mode to print out sheets of photos (the size of the photos is configurable, so 'thumbnail' is a bit of a misnomer), which could of course be printed to a PDF file instead of to paper. Geeqie, a more up-to-date fork of GQview, probably has a similar feature.

Haven't considered both for my plans. But I think I'll give Impress a go. That seems to be closest to what I want
