Sound Problems since linux 3.7

Since kernel 3.7 is on my Machine i get some Sound Problems like high frequencies

that touch some video like youtube, DVB and flash

nothing makes problems hearing mp3 sounds, they are OK

when i look at alsamixer when noises come up so i see all the levels are set to 100%

booting Live-Sabayon becomes no Sound-Problems, so i think its not a Hardware thing

i have alsasound in rc and global pulseaudio on Z68 i5 ALC892

so i thing its a Kernelmodule probleme in the various Sabayon-Configfiles which i dont find...

Mine went bonkers after 3.7 upgrade. could not use anything except speakers. (no mic, usb sound, etc).

did this and all items appeared in kmix (actually pulseaudio manager)

My username is "andy" so substitute yours.

that do not solved the problem for me, my user is in audio and sound is working

seeing there is an alsa problem while all Mixer become max level and sound is "Overtuned"

when that happend also pavucontrol shows 200% in the outputchannel

the question is why goes the level in high and where comes this from.....

I had a similar problem. A bad audio output since 3.7 kernel.
I've resolved it opening alsamixer and set main volume <=100 because before it was set on 103(!?!?)

Ok, i put manually in alsamixer all channels to 75% and sound is good, but when i use Volume regulation in some stuff the mixer/ channels goes to 100% and sound is crap/ noiseless while overtuned.....

to consume some programs which has sound i have temporarely on StrgAltF1 the alsamixer and pull down the mixers

thats not a good situation and a solution to store mixers on a good level where much better
