Looking forward to it. I run crazy for kernel upgrades, just yesterday noticed the release in kernel.org, update repos, searched for sources and was disappointed not to find the 3.7!
maybe you will search about "linux-sabayon-3.7" and so on.....
they arrived in gentoo > limbo > sabayonlinux.org about 3 - 7 days in each step....
do not forget to install the xorg + others you need for Gui

Yes, usually it takes 5-7 days to have a new kernel in the main repos, the process is complex: sync our kernel git repo with upstream, run build tests, tag a release, make the tarball, update the ebuilds, compile the ebuilds in our production chroots, push the entropy packages to limbo, wait for the limbo sync, which happens once a week.
