I've noticed that there is a bug(i think already know) in current version of hplip (3.12.9). The hp-toolbox can't get opened. The newer version of the driver should resolve this problem so i ask if it's possible to upgrade it.

Has been discussed recently:
HPLIP Status Service TrayIconThere's a workaround (deleting the hplip config file) which makes it possible to open hp-toolbox.
The bug has been reported too:
Bug 3750 - HP Device Manager wont startHopefully the new version is in entropy soon. If you can't wait emerge it from portage.

Thank you very much. Anyway i have some problems installing my printer. I will report in the case of another fail.
