sudo troubles

hello,

whats happend:

on friday at 13.00 Uhr i use a USB-Stick to copy some stuff in my home/download

opened a terminal > sudo equo update > sudo mc > copy with F5 in mc the stuff from USB to home

about a friend arrive closing the term with the X in the right top

houers later on 19.00 Uhr i open a term make a top and there lives a mc with 100% task since 6h

i kill the task and the 100% working mc died

this happend while i use sudo....

on my Quad core Intel Core i5-2500K CPU i have over the time not recognized the powerconsumption

so i say: using sudo is dangerious and the sudo thing must go to hell....
