TTY does not load and <F2> goes to tty1

That output looks OK to me. Try commenting out all the locales in the file /etc/locale.gen except the following two:

pt_BR ISO-8859-1

and then run the following commands (as root user):

locale-gen
env-update && source /etc/profile

and reboot.

Also have a look in /boot/grub/grub.cfg and see if the kernel boot line has a "keymap=" entry. If it does, delete the "keymap=<xx>".

It is strange you are having problems, as the following Brazilian blogger also installed SL on an Acer Ultrabook S3 and did not mention any problem with the keyboard mapping:

and reboot. If that doesn't work, try the other two keymaps (br-abnt and br-latin1-us). I know the ABNT2 keyboard is not the same as the ABNT keyboard or the US keyboard, but try them anyway to see what effect it has on the behaviour of the function keys.

If the console keys are not mapped correctly then if you press, let's say F2 for the sake of argument, it could translate wrongly to Ctrl-F2 or whatever. This is what happened to the guy using the Apple keyboard I mentioned earlier (see VTs and QT blocks [Solved]). A similar thing can happen in X Windows too (see e.g. Re: keyboard remapping and virtual keyboards and FN keys...).

It is even possible to remap some console keys yourself. See e.g. Changing the Console Keymap.

If you are experiencing the problem in the console before X Windows starts, then the problem is with the console keymap. If you are experiencing the problem after X Windows starts (e.g. in the DE), then the problem can be solved by remapping as explained in Re: keyboard remapping and virtual keyboards and FN keys....

São dois problemas distintos, um é quando eu teclo <F2> e vai para o <CTRL+ALT+F2>.

Independente disso, quando eu acesso qualquer dos 6 terminais texto, <CTRL+ALT+F1 ao F6> não termina de carregar, ou seja, não tem como eu logar. Isso pode ser visto nas imagens que eu postei no link aqui: http://imgur.com/a/29sjf
