Maybe modules for usb ahci is missing in kernel/initrd, so init cannot mount root?

Even if you install from USB drive, you still have to download the iso file and check the md5sum.
Boot from USB is supported by Sabayon (and the supported procedure to create a bootable USB stick with Sabayon is dd).

MD5.. I can check iso checksum, but i downloaded it with torrent, chance of bad data very small.

Yes, i've created usb live with "dd" iso to usb hard drive. Also i tried to boot on another PC - Core2Duo, same thing. Something i doing wrong...
