Problem with MATE

I think when i downloaded the version Mate of sabayon linux that are very interesting but the realy its other.

Mate is not very complete and this is a green version now, he has some bugs that the developed team are solved and i prefer others alternatimves for example: Xfce4 because is more faster or LXDE, that are very minimalist with openbox, fluxbox or other Windows Manager.

My problem is that i dnt want have mate on my system and i wan to remove will posibble and install fluxbox or xfce4.

Any help?

if you are new, I'd suggest just downloading a new iso file of your choice and installing that. Other wise you will need to use the package manager to remove and add, which you will want to look at something like:
