Indonesian mirrors not updated for a month [Solved]

Hi,

I am Niko, live in Sumatra. Today I wanted to download Sabayon 10 Kde, but Indonesian mirror doesn't have it yet.
It seems it was last updated on August 5th.

This in itself doesn't bother me. I could easily get it from the Australian site. However, I am concerned what happens
after installation. Will entropy try to sync with the Indonesian site automatically? Can I instruct it to avoid some
mirrors to avoid conflicts with outdated packages on the Indonesian mirror?

I understand the answer is probably YES, however, I would like to be sure before I install it on my computer.

Would update manager automatically check other sites for newer packages or would I have to set it manually?
