I am actually posting from the live Sabayon 9 Gnome in Virtual Box in Mandriva so that you know I have a good downloaded .iso
In Virtual Box I have to "enable PAE?NX" under Machine->System->processor, but that's it.
I have made 2 DVD copies 4 days apart using K3B and was told both times that the burning was successfull but when I try to run the live DVD ( no matter which option I choose ) Sabayon doesn't open.
I have a eGeForce FX5500 video card, a Intel Core 2 EZ400@2.80 Ghz and a TSST Corp CDDVD SH-S243D burner.
I have tried NOACPI and NOMODESET under the kernel options and then Esc.
What am I doing wrong and how come I cannot run a Live DVD since I have run hundreds in the last 5 years or so and right now I have, Mandriva, CentOS, Fedora and Mageia installed and working well on this machine?
